Azienda Milan is located at Talisay City, Cebu, specifically part of the many Camella Land Italian theme enclaves that sits at the top of the Talisay hills.
MyBus: Parkmall-Talisay route
We came from Mandaue, and there’s no better way to get there than to ride the SM’s MyBus. There’s a recent route from Parkmall OR SM City Cebu to MyBus Terminal in Talisay. It is just perfect: the MyBus bus stops near Starmall/Jollibee OR Fooda/McDonald’s Talisay to where you could buy snacks and/or eat.
1. Ride MyBus from Parkmall/SM City Cebu to Talisay route with P40.00 fare. You can also start from SM Seaside to Talisay with P25.00 fare.
TIP: If you ride from Parkmall make sure your MyBus card has load in it since the Parkmall MyBus terminal is not guarded, hence, a very dangerous spot for criminals: SM doesn’t allow their attendants to receive money for loading.
2. Travel time: 45 min – 1 hour.

3. Drop off 1: MyBus Stop at Lawaan Elementary School that’s adjacent Jollibee/StarMall to where you will ride a motorcycle (habal-habal) to Azienda Milan entrance.
TIP: This is better if you don’t have anything to buy at Fooda, since it’s like a five minute walk from MyBus terminal back to Jollibee/Starmall.
4. Drop off 2: MyBus Terminal, Talisay that’s adjacent McDonald’s/Fooda
TIP: Go straight to McDonald’s or Fooda Mart if you want to buy chips, colas, water, bread and many other.
TIP: Remember, there’s no restaurant and/or food stalls within the Azienda Milan village.
5. Ride a motorcycle beside Jollibee/McDonald’s and deal with driver for the fare. We had P30.00 per person fare but I read some blogs that they paid P20.00 per motorcycle only, although those blogs were from 2 years ago or so.
TIP: Sometimes, there are motorcycles parked in Jollibee/McDonald’s that have Azienda Milan sticker passes that will take you directly to the clubhouse. Ask the drivers if they have stickers to lessen the hassle.
TIP: Mind you, the roads to Azienda Milan are steep and dangerous.
TIP: You can also wait for Azienda Milan shuttle that will take you directly to the clubhouse for just P20.00 per person charge. Here are the schedules:
6. If the motorcycle doesn’t have a sticker pass to Azienda Milan: you will stop at the Camella entrance to ride another motorcycle for another P20.00 per person charge.
TIP: To be honest, the clubhouse is just a walking distance from the entrance. BUT the road is the steepest of all. But if you’re up to the challenge: then go.
7. Pay the village entrance fee for P30.00 per person.
8. Pay the clubhouse entrance fee for the latest price of P200.00 per person charge. The pool use is up to 11:00PM already.
Bus Ride at South Bus Terminal
1. Ride any bus that you see is the one that could hit the road anytime soon if you’re in a hurry.
2. Tell the driver assistant to drop you off at Lawaan Elementary School or Fooda Mart in Talisay.
TIP: Landmark for Lawaan Elementary School is Starmall beside Jollibee.
…and then just follow the steps 3 to 8 above.
Drop off at Tabunok Public Market
Since there’s no restaurant and/or food stalls within the Azienda Village, and you need to buy food within the same day: you can also drop off at Tabunok Public Market to which rice and food are available. This is if your route starts at South Bus Terminal.
Going back
The shuttle bus I mentioned arrives every 30 minutes, according to the guard and the caretaker there. But I highly doubt it because I can only notice it every hour.
- Ride the Shuttle that routes to Starmall and Gaisano Tabunok (Gaisano Fiesta Mall)
- From Gaisano Tabunok, you can wait for busses to drop by or take a Jeepney back to Cebu City.
- From Starmall, take a 5 minute walk to MyBus terminal.
