Yep, Pokemon Go is not available in the Philippines yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get it ahead just like our friends in Japan, New Zealand, Australia and some other countries. And since we can’t just change our Apple Store in our devices that easily without going through the pestering credit card information, we can just create a whole new account while I provide you with Australian details so you won’t have to awkwardly search for postal and area codes. So if you can’t wait like me, without further ado, let’s get it on!
(Works with people who have credit cards too)
Requirements:
- Extra email address.
- PC with iTunes.
Procedure:
- If you’re signed in to your account, click “Log Out”.
- Go to the iTunes Store>Scroll down>Click the Flag>Change to “Australia”.
- Click “Create Apple ID”
- Click “Continue”
- As if you read that sh*t. Click “Agree”.
- Then Fill in the necessary information of (Extra) Email address, Password, Security Info, Date of Birth.
- Click “Continue”
- If you don’t have Credit Card information, make sure the “Payment Type” is NONE, or else, you can’t proceed.
- For the Billing Information/Address to those who doesn’t have Credit Card, you can use this:
-
First Name: <your name> Last Name: <your name>
Street: <fake street>
Post code: 2000
City: Sydney
State: NSW
Area Code: 02
Phone: <enter any 8 digit number> - Click “Create Apple ID”
- Verify the account on your Extra Email Address.
- Then on your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch go to Settings>App and iTunes Stores>Apple ID>Sign Out>Sign In with your new Australian account.
- Go to App Store and search for Pokemon Go.
- Download!
Mind you though, it’s buggy on iOS and crashes A LOT. You also have to click on Gmail account since creating your own Pokemon account is buggy! Well, I can’t say I’m not enjoying this. Good luck to you and Enjoy!
