Buenos Dias, señor y señora!

Of course, I’m talking Español, baby. And there’s a new Spanish restaurant in the Queen City and it’s called, Katsinoy.

Opened just recently, (January 5, 2014) Katsinoy is a mixed culture restaurant, specifically Kastila (Spanish) and Pinoy (Filipino) cuisine, designed for people who loves not just the themed resto, but also wants to experience the authentic and complimentary  tastes of two cultures.

The place is a modernized style of a Spanish kitchen, and I noticed the only ‘Spanish’ touch was the sliding door and the flower paintings on the wall, and not to mention some paintings. And although, the price range is quite steep especially on their main dishes that ranges P290.00 to P390.00; the serving will indulge 2 persons already.

Try their Sausage Quesadilla that has a dry tortilla and complimentary chili dip that will cost you P169.00.

Also; try their U.S. Beef style main dish that costs P300.00+, and the taste are for those who loves tender yet bland beef style cooking.

Come visit the restaurant; Katsinoy is located at 19 A – El Dorado Subd., Banilad, A.S. Fortuna St., Cebu City, near the Banilad fly over.
